   Brut Group / Ideal Distributors is an electrical distribution firm serving electrical dealers across multiple districts in Kerala, India. We supply and distribute electrical products such as switches, fans, wires, cables, and other electrical accessories.

   Products and services offered on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
   
   3. Pricing
   All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing information, errors may occasionally occur.
   
   4. Payments & Late Payment
   All payments must be made according to the payment terms specified on the invoice or order confirmation. Invoices issued by IDEAL DISTRIBUTORS are payable within the agreed payment period unless otherwise specified.If any payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, IDEAL DISTRIBUTORS reserves the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agency. All costs and legal expenses associated with the recovery process shall be borne by the client. 

       IDEAL DISTRIBUTORS may suspend the supply of goods or services until outstanding payments are settled.

   Once a payment is completed, an order confirmation may be provided through email or other communication methods. Orders are processed subject to product availability and confirmation. 
   
   6. Cancellation
   Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the product has not been dispatched or the service has not been initiated.
   
   7. Limitation of Liability
   Brut Group / Ideal Distributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
